Your Role:
As the Marketing Specialist within our BI team, you'll take the lead in monitoring marketing performance and driving optimization across all channels. You won’t just support—you’ll own marketing analytics. From building dashboards to forecasting revenue and identifying new growth opportunities, you’ll empower the marketing team to make data-driven decisions that maximize ROI.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own Marketing Performance Monitoring:
Establish and manage recurring reporting processes, define performance standards, and ensure data accuracy. Act as a controller for marketing spend and continuously recommend optimization strategies.Analyze Campaign Performance:
Track and evaluate affiliate, search, and social media campaigns. Dive into metrics such as CTR, CVR, CAC, and ROAS to uncover insights and steer budget allocation.Forecast Revenue & Sales:
Build predictive models using SQL and Python to estimate CLV, market trends, and future revenues. Communicate findings through Power BI and Excel dashboards.Deliver Customer Insights:
Analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data to support audience targeting, retention strategies, and growth initiatives.Develop Business Dashboards:
Design and maintain intuitive Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights into ad spend, sales, and customer engagement.
What You'll Need:
Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
Expertise in Power BI for creating clear, impactful dashboards
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs
Experience with platforms like Google Search Console, Facebook Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or similar
Proven ability to analyze SEO/SEM, PPC, and social ad campaigns
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methods
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated ownership of performance monitoring and process optimization
Nice If You Have:
Working knowledge of Python for advanced analytics and modeling
Experience with eCommerce or subscription-based platforms
Understanding of German for local market collaboration
Familiarity with customer segmentation and CLV modeling
Previous experience working in a remote or international team
