Your Role:
As a CRM User Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of CRM, marketing, and product analytics, helping us uncover how users engage with lifecycle campaigns and onsite experiences. Your insights won’t just inform, they’ll influence the direction of our product, marketing, and retention strategies.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning complex data into simple, actionable growth levers. You’ll take full accountability for your domains, developing deep product understanding and proactively surfacing meaningful, data-driven recommendations that shape strategic decisions across the business.


What You’ll Be Doing:

User Journey & Funnel Analysis

  • Analyze user behavior across the entire funnel, from first touch to subscription, retention, and reactivation.

  • Identify drop-off points, re-engagement opportunities, and the key drivers of long-term customer value.

  • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests, and evaluate CRM and onsite experiments that drive lifecycle optimization.

CRM & Lifecycle Analytics

  • Monitor performance across onboarding, activation, retention, and churn funnels.

  • Measure and enhance the impact of email and onsite campaigns on engagement and conversion rates.

  • Design and evaluate attribution strategies and experimentation frameworks to drive lifecycle improvements.

Marketing & Attribution

  • Connect CRM and marketing initiatives to behavioral data and business KPIs.

  • Build and iterate on cross-channel attribution models that help assess campaign effectiveness.

  • Deliver proactive, actionable insights to inform planning, personalization, and campaign execution.

Data Products & Reporting

  • Own the creation and maintenance of Power BI dashboards covering CRM, retention, and campaign performance.

  • Enable data self-service and consistent reporting across CRM and cross-functional teams.

  • Define and align on key metrics with stakeholders while ensuring accuracy and trust in the data.

Predictive & Advanced Analytics

  • Conduct churn prediction, lifetime value modeling, and reactivation opportunity analysis.

  • Segment users into actionable cohorts to drive personalization and sustained engagement.

  • Build and test models that inform CRM targeting, frequency, and creative strategy.


What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst in a B2C environment.

  • Demonstrated impact in CRM analytics, email marketing optimization, and attribution modeling.

  • A proactive, insight-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership over your work and impact.

  • Hands-on experience with omnichannel CRM platforms (email + onsite).

  • Strong domain knowledge of user retention, funnel dynamics, and lifecycle performance metrics.

  • Advanced skills in SQL and Power BI (or similar visualization tools).

  • Experience synthesizing CRM, marketing, and product data into holistic user insights.

  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, and customer segmentation.

  • Exceptional communication skills with a knack for turning data into narrative-driven business insight.


Nice If You Have:

  • Background in churn mitigation and win-back campaign analytics. 

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Braze or Iterable. 

  • Previous experience in a subscription-based environment.

  • Familiarity with advanced attribution modeling techniques.

  • Confident use of Python for modeling, analysis, or automation.
