Your Role:
As the Content & Insights Lead, you’ll own and evolve our authority content strategy - turning our unmatched dataset (12M+ jobs, 1M+ companies, and powerful career tools) into data-rich narratives, reports, and campaigns that earn backlinks, build brand trust, and inspire professionals around the globe.
This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of content, data, and brand — ideal for someone who knows how to convert complex insights into influence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and execute our quarterly authority content roadmap — from data reports and insight campaigns to thought leadership pieces.
- Transform complex job market data into compelling, media-ready narratives that engage journalists, influencers, and professionals.
- Collaborate closely with SEO, Data, PR, and Design teams to craft high-impact, link-worthy content.
- Lead the development and refinement of our E-E-A-T strategy (Expertise, Experience, Authority, Trust).
- Mentor and manage a cross-functional team including a Data Storyteller, Data Analyst, and Designer.
- Track and report on success metrics — including referring domains, media coverage, organic traffic, and engagement.
What You'll Need:
- 5–8 years of experience in content strategy, growth marketing, or SEO-driven storytelling (ideally within SaaS, tech, or data-driven companies).
- A track record of creating content that earned backlinks or media coverage.
- Strong editorial and analytical skills — you’re comfortable extracting stories from raw data.
- Experience collaborating across PR, SEO, and data teams to drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- The passion & ambition to build one of the world’s most trusted content brands in the future of work space.

- Background in journalism, data journalism, or economic/labor market reporting.
- Familiarity with AI tools, content automation, or data visualization platforms.
- Understanding of digital PR and content-led link-building strategies.
