Your Role:
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager who’s passionate about building innovative systems that scale user acquisition. If you're a creative problem-solver who loves uncovering unconventional growth opportunities, this role is for you. You’ll be building products, automation systems, and data infrastructure that supercharge our marketing performance—driving user acquisition, boosting conversion, and optimizing ROI across channels.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build Growth Products & Infrastructure
Design conversion-optimized user journeys for traffic from performance marketing.
Create innovative products that unlock new acquisition tactics and opportunities.
Develop bidding automation and optimization tools to scale acquisition efficiently.
Own and enhance job feed generation to maximize relevance and drive conversions.
Build internal tools that enable marketing teams to make data-driven decisions.
Drive Conversion & Experimentation
Craft personalized experiences to convert marketing traffic into paying users.
Run rapid experiments to test hypotheses around flows, pricing, and user experience.
Continuously discover and leverage new growth levers through creative testing.
Identify scalable acquisition strategies others might overlook.
Optimize marketing spend through product innovation and algorithmic improvements.
Enable Data-Driven Growth
Partner with engineers on API integrations and technical implementations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with CRO, marketing, design, and engineering to deliver impact.
What You'll Need:
Core Product Management Skills
3–5 years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
Proven ability to build and launch products that drive measurable growth.
Strong technical fluency to work closely with engineers and translate business needs into solutions.
Proficient in using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
Growth & Performance Marketing Knowledge
Solid understanding of key performance marketing metrics (CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates).
Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing methodologies.
A "growth hacker" mindset—always looking for innovative, scalable solutions.
Understanding of how to build products that enhance marketing efficiency.
Technical Capabilities
Experience working with APIs, data feeds, and martech integrations.
Comfortable with automation, optimization algorithms, and data pipeline concepts.
Ability to turn business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
Nice If You Have:
Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven channels.
Familiarity with XML feeds and product catalog management.
Knowledge of major affiliate networks and marketing platforms.
Background in B2C subscription products, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms.
Understanding of tag management systems and marketing attribution tools.
