Your Role:We’re seeking a strategic and technically inclined Growth & CRO Manager who blends analytical thinking with user empathy. If you’re an entrepreneurial self-starter who enjoys solving problems, shipping experiments, and driving measurable results, this role is for you.
You’ll lead systematic conversion rate optimization efforts and drive growth through creative experimentation. From hypothesis to implementation, you’ll own the full cycle of testing, learning, and optimizing to improve key user conversion metrics.What You'll Be Doing:
Strategic Optimization & Testing
Define success metrics and KPIs for experiments, including instrumentation requirements.
Develop and maintain a testing roadmap—prioritize and sequence tests based on impact and learning value.
Optimize landing pages end-to-end to improve visitor-to-user-to-customer conversion.
Run continuous A/B testing, from insight gathering to ideation, execution, and iteration.
Blend quantitative and qualitative research: conduct interviews, surveys, session recordings, and usability tests.
Develop deep user empathy by identifying pain points, motivations, and decision-making drivers.
Analyze user behavior and conversion data to surface actionable insights.
Conduct competitive research to inspire and validate hypotheses.
Write detailed technical tickets for dynamic landing pages, including logic flows and conditions.
Rapidly prototype test variations using basic design, copy, and flow tools.
Collaborate with design, copywriting, and engineering to implement and test improvements.
Operate with a high level of independence—leverage tools, AI, or low-code solutions to move quickly.
Identify unconventional growth opportunities across MarTech, UX, and marketing channels.
Develop, implement, and scale innovative growth experiments.
Explore and integrate new marketing tools and technologies.
Adapt the scope of the role based on business needs and your own strengths.
What You'll Need:
User-Centric Mindset
Deep user empathy and curiosity about behavior and motivation.
Strong grasp of user psychology and conversion principles.
Proficiency in both qualitative (interviews, usability testing) and quantitative (analytics, surveys) research.
Comfortable analyzing A/B tests and interpreting data for actionable insights.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
Ability to define what should be measured and why—aligning tracking with business goals.
Prioritization skills to focus on high-impact, high-learning experiments.
Demonstrated history of improving conversion rates via testing and optimization.
Experience writing clear technical specs for dynamic, data-driven landing pages.
Basic prototyping and design skills for mockups and test concepts.
Hands-on familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL (with or without AI assistance).
Self-starter mindset with high autonomy and agency.
3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, CRM, SEO, or related fields.
Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice If You Have:
Experience conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Basic design and copywriting skills to support rapid prototyping.
B2C experience in high-growth environments.
Familiarity with UX optimization principles and practices.
Hands-on experience with analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO).
Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Experience using ticketing systems like Jira or Linear.
Exposure to marketing automation tools.
