What it's all about
You've spent the last year watching generative AI evolve from interesting demos to genuinely transformative technology. You're not just reading the Anthropic release notes—you're already using Claude, GPT-5.1, and every new model that drops to see what's actually possible.
You've automated parts of your own workflow. You've seen exactly how this technology could transform entire industries and the way work in the future. But there's a gap between what you're experimenting with in your dorm room and what's happening in real businesses at scale.
That gap is your opportunity.
Most companies are still forming "AI working groups" and debating governance frameworks.
We're different.
We're shipping AI features for millions of users monthly.
We're re-engineering business processes around AI capabilities.
We're building tools that our 100+ person team uses daily.
And we need someone who gets it—someone who understands this is the biggest platform shift since mobile, and wants to prepare themselves for this new world.
YOUR ROLE
You'll work directly with our Chief Innovation Officer to introduce generative AI across four critical areas:
Research & Opportunity Discovery
Business Process Re-engineering
Internal AI Tooling
Executive Support & Strategic Enablement
This isn't a "shadow executives and make coffee" internship.
You'll have real autonomy, real problems to solve, and real impact on a platform serving millions of users.
This is the first rung on a new career ladder—one that still exists and leads somewhere meaningful.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Top-tier academic foundation
Track emerging AI capabilities as they're released (new models, techniques, frameworks)
Translate “what’s technically possible” into “what’s strategically valuable for JobLeads”
Create concise opportunity briefs that get from idea to decision fast
Stay ahead of the curve on what's coming (not just what's here)
Analyze how teams currently work and identify AI transformation opportunities
Don't just automate existing processes—reimagine them entirely around AI capabilities
Work with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and bottlenecks
Build business cases showing what’s possible with AI-first workflows
Contribute to internal AI tools (prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, internal agents)
Test new capabilities with real use cases across the company
Help non-technical teams adopt AI in their workflows
Document what works, what doesn’t, and why
Prepare decision-ready materials for leadership (decks, memos, analyses)
Coordinate cross-departmental AI projects and keep initiatives moving
Act as a force multiplier for executive bandwidth—not an assistant
Remove friction so leadership can focus on high-impact decisions
Currently studying or recently graduated from a leading university
Genuine AI enthusiasm—not hype
Strategic thinking + execution bias
Professional maturity
Fields: Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business + Tech, Economics, or related analytical disciplines
Demonstrated academic excellence
Frequent user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)
Personal projects with LLMs (even small ones—just show you ship)
Follow model releases and research for fun
Understand “context window” and “context engineering”
Ability to see both strategic implications and implementation details
Bias toward action over meetings
Comfortable dissecting complex technical concepts (with AI help)
Comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and intense workloads
Full-time commitment (40h/week) for 6–12 months (students) or permanent (graduates)
Available to start within 1–3 months
Independent, self-directed researcher
Strong English communication
Basic coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a major plus
Experience with AI dev frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)
Understanding of context engineering, prompt engineering
Prior fast-paced tech company experience
Portfolio of AI projects (GitHub, blog, demos)
Contributions to AI communities or open-source
Blunt truth: Most "AI internships" are hedges. They'll have you do market research, maybe build a POC that never ships, then send you back to school with a nice resume line.
We're not hedging.
AI is core to our product strategy, and you’ll be working directly with our CIO at the highest strategic level—not buried in hierarchy.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS FOR YOUR CAREER
The working world is changing faster than universities can adapt.
Entry-level roles are disappearing—AI is taking over tasks juniors used to do. The bottom rungs of the career ladder are being removed.
You have two choices:
Wait and graduate into a world where "entry-level" means 2+ years of experience.
Act now and build the experience that will be impossible to get in 2–3 years.
This role gives you something rare:
The chance to work on state-of-the-art AI in a real business with real users.
Not a lab.
Not a slow enterprise.
A company shipping AI products weekly.
You'll learn:
How to evaluate emerging AI for business impact
How to redesign processes for AI, not automate old ones
How to bridge technical possibility with strategic value
How to ship AI products at scale
How to influence tech strategy at the executive level
Real hands-on experience is the hardest currency right now.
WHY THIS MATTERS BEYOND YOUR CAREER
We’re on the side of the job seeker.
Our mission: make high-quality career coaching accessible to everyone worldwide.
Unlike traditional job boards, we earn revenue from job seekers, not employers—so every AI feature we build answers one question:
“Does this help job seekers land better jobs faster?”
When you innovate here, you help millions:
Navigate an automated job market
Stand out in AI-filtered processes
Access coaching once reserved for executives
If you're going to invest years mastering applied AI, why not do it to help people, not optimize ads or automate layoffs?
We operate in 40+ countries, reach millions monthly, and are fully remote, diverse, and supportive.
Our AI culture:
Not experimenting—already in production
Weekly AI feature releases
Decisions based on what works, not committees
Perfect for people frustrated by slow-moving organizations
The AI revolution has started.
If you're wondering when it's your turn—this is it.
