What it's all about
Your Team:
We're not just another job board. We're a mission-driven team helping millions of professionals worldwide take control of their careers—one smart search, one better opportunity, one breakthrough at a time. But here's the thing: great products don't build themselves, and growth doesn't happen by accident.
Our remote-first, cross-functional team spans continents and disciplines—marketing strategists, data scientists, engineers, and designers—all united by a belief that the right tools can genuinely change lives. We value experimentation over convention, autonomy over micromanagement, and impact over activity. If you're looking for predictable, you're in the wrong place. If you're looking for extraordinary growth—both ours and yours—keep reading.
Your Role:
We're searching for a Growth Product Manager who sees opportunities where others see obstacles. Someone who doesn't just optimize existing funnels but imagines entirely new systems that make user acquisition feel inevitable rather than effortful.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. You'll be architecting products, automation systems, and data infrastructure that transform how we acquire and convert users. You'll bridge the gap between marketing ambition and technical possibility—turning "what if we could..." conversations into scalable, revenue-generating realities across 42 countries and millions of job postings.
If you're the type who gets genuinely excited about unconventional growth levers, who thinks in systems rather than tactics, and who measures success in conversions multiplied rather than campaigns launched—we need to talk.
What You'll Be Doing:
Build Growth Products & Infrastructure
- Design conversion-optimized user journeys that turn marketing traffic into delighted, paying users
- Create innovative products that unlock acquisition tactics competitors haven't even imagined yet
- Develop bidding automation and optimization tools that make every marketing dollar work harder
- Own and enhance our job feed generation to maximize relevance and drive real conversions
- Build internal tools that transform our marketing team from data-informed to data-empowered
Drive Conversion & Experimentation
- Craft personalized experiences that speak to what users actually need, not what we think they want
- Run rapid experiments—test, learn, iterate, repeat—around flows, pricing, and user experience
- Continuously discover new growth levers through creative testing that challenges assumptions
- Identify scalable acquisition strategies hiding in plain sight
- Optimize marketing spend through product innovation, not just budget reshuffling
Enable Data-Driven Growth
- Partner with engineers on API integrations and technical implementations that actually ship
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CRO, marketing, design, and engineering to deliver measurable impact
What You'll Need:
Core Product Management Expertise
- 3–5 years building and launching products that drove measurable, undeniable growth
- Strong technical fluency—you speak engineer and translate business needs into buildable solutions
- Data isn't just numbers to you; it's the story of what's working and what's not
- Excellent communication skills that turn complex concepts into clear action across diverse teams
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders who don't always agree on priorities
Growth & Performance Marketing Knowledge
- Solid understanding of CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates—not just the acronyms, but what moves them
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing that goes beyond "let's try a different button color"
- A genuine "growth hacker" mindset—you're always asking "what else could we try?"
- Understanding of how to build products that make marketing more efficient, not just more expensive
Technical Capabilities
- Experience working with APIs, data feeds, and martech integrations
- Comfortable with automation, optimization algorithms, and data pipeline concepts
- Ability to turn fuzzy business requirements into detailed technical specifications engineers can act on
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven channels
- Familiarity with XML feeds and product catalog management
- Knowledge of major affiliate networks and marketing platforms
- Background in B2C subscription products, marketplaces, or two-sided platforms
- Understanding of tag management systems and marketing attribution tools
What You Can Expect On Board:
Freedom to explore unconventional solutions to complex growth challenges—we reward smart risks, not safe bets.
Direct impact on a critical acquisition channel driving substantial user growth across millions of professionals.
Access to rich datasets spanning 42 countries and over 10 million job postings—your experimentation playground.
A collaborative, remote-first workplace with flexibility and autonomy—work where and when you do your best thinking.
Cross-functional teamwork with genuinely talented people in marketing, data, and engineering.
Regular virtual events and an annual JobLeads Sailing Week in the Mediterranean—because great teams deserve great experiences.
Don't let the growth revolution pass you by. While others are still optimizing yesterday's playbook, you could be writing tomorrow's.
